The Conch Scramble is a one of a kind golf experience that people look forward to each year. There are no green’s fees, golf carts, or sand traps. Each foursome travels by boat from tee to tee, with a designated driver/caddie. Boats are docked and golfers come ashore. Each player gets two shots at the ‘floating targets’ from each tee venue. The golf balls are biodegradable. They turn into fish food after 90 hours. (This event occurs under a permit from FKNMS)After playing nine holes, the teams celebrate at Chief Marine, with an awards ceremony, food, and fun.
The Conch Scramble takes place on the big blue sea, with floating greens, golf boats and biodegradable golf balls that turn into fish food! The Conch Scramble is a 501(c)3 organization that accepts tax deductible contributions. Some of the organizations the event has benefited include the Plantation Key School PTA, Good Health Clinic, Treasure Village Montessori School, Everglades Audubon Center, Long Walk Home, Coral Shores High School Athletics and more. Friday, September 26th 6:00 – 9:00 p.m. Food and Drinks included Tips are encouraged at the bar! All tips go straight to our beneficiaries. *Each team registration included 5 tickets, but if you have more than 5 attending the party, you need to purchase a ticket for each extra person attending. Everyone is welcome!
